  • Real Time is open Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm CST.
  • You can leave a voicemail or send an e-mail any time and we will get back to you during regular business hours.

  • Real Time Products sells to verified wholesale distributors or retailer accounts.

  • Real Time wholesales merchandise exclusively. We do not sell directly to the public. All customers must be legitimate retailers or resellers with a current sales tax ID number.

Is there a minimum order?

STOCK ORDERS:

  • The minimum quantity for each item is listed on the individual product page.
  • Most stock items are available by the dozen (12).
  • To start your order now, sign in.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

  • Minimums quantities for custom items vary between 6 dozen to 144 dozen pieces. Please contact your sales rep or our office (877-580-7231) for details specific to the products in which you are interested.

Where do I find pricing information?

  • For reordered items, you can generally refer back to your last invoice.
  • If you have questions about specific items, you can contact our office by phone: 877-580-7231, or e-mail, or contact your sales rep directly.
  • Alternatively, you can submit a tentative order through the website, simply include a note at checkout requesting a price quote be e-mailed to you.
    • NOTE: When a price quote is requested, your tentative order will not be processed for shipment until we receive final approval from you.

How can I pay for my order?

  • Most accounts are eligible for Net 30 terms (payment by check 30 days after the merchandise has shipped) upon credit approval.

I placed an order for stock merchandise, when can I expect delivery?

  • Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days.
  • Depending on the size and weight of your order, we ship via UPS Ground and a variety of LTL Freight carriers. Most shipments arrive to our customers within 5 business days of leaving our warehouse.

I received my order, but an item is missing.

  • Double-check your packing list. If an item was out of stock, it may have been backordered. Please note you are not charged for items until they have shipped from our warehouse.
  • If your invoice indicates this item was shipped, please double check all packaging from your shipment. If you still cannot locate the item, please contact our office (877-580-7231) immediately to report the shortage.

  • If any of the shipping boxes appear damaged, always inform the carrier making delivery immediately upon receipt of the packages.
