  • You can leave a voicemail or send an email any time and we will get back to you during regular business hours.

  • Real Time Products sells to verified wholesale distributors or retailer accounts.
  • Please see our Wholesale Vendor page for more information.
    • Real Time wholesales merchandise exclusively. We do not sell directly to the public. Customers must be legitimate retailers or resellers with a current sales tax ID number.

Is there a minimum order?

STOCK ORDERS:

  • The minimum quantity for each item is listed on the individual product page.
  • Most stock items are available in increments of 12.
  • To start your order now, log in.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

  • Minimums quantities for custom items vary from 6 dozen to 120 dozen. Please contact your sales rep or our office (877-580-7231) for specific custom product details.

I placed an order for stock merchandise, when can I expect delivery?

  • Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days.
  • Depending on the size and weight of your order, we ship via UPS Ground and a wide variety of LTL Freight Carriers. Most shipments arrive within 5 business days of leaving our warehouse.

I received my order, but an item is missing.

  • Double-check your packing list. If an item was out of stock, it may have been backordered. Please note you are not charged for backordered items until they ship.
  • If your invoice indicates this item was shipped, please double check the package(s) from your shipment. Please contact our office 877-580-7231 immediately to report the shortage.

How do I know what items I have ordered in the past?
